Abstract Objective To explore the correlation between the level of Th22, Th17 and collateral circulation formation for the patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Ninety-eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction were researched as the no- major aortapulmonary collateral arteries group(50 cases)and the aortapulmonary collateral arteries group(48 cases); 50 cases of healthy indi⁃ viduals were researched as the control group. The levels of Th22, Th17 were compared; the scores of Gen⁃ sini and the levels of TnT were compared for the no-major aortapulmonary collateral arteries group and the aortapulmonary collateral arteries group; the influence on the collateral circulation formation of Th22, Th17 were analyzed. Results The levels of Th22, Th17 before and after PCI for the no-major aortapulmonary collateral arteries group and the aortapulmonary collateral arteries group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of Th22, Th17 before and after PCI for the no-ma⁃ jor aortapulmonary collateral arteries group were higher than those of the aortapulmonary collateral arter⁃ ies group(P<0.05). The scores of Gensini and the levels of TnT before PCI for the no-major aortapul⁃ monary collateral arteries group were lower than those in the aortapulmonary collateral arteries group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences on the scores of Gensini and the levels of TnT after PCI for the no- major aortapulmonary collateral arteries group and the aortapulmonary collateral arteries group(P<0.05). Conclusion Circulating Th22, Th17 levels can assist the diagnosis of acute myocar⁃ dial infarction, and it also correlates with the severity of illness and collateral circulation formation.
