Abstract ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the changes of tissue factor pathway(TEP) parameters and their mtios in elderly叫ents with ischemic heart disease(IHD)，and to understand its clinical significance．MethodsTEPparameters of 50 healthy people and 38 patients with stable angina (SA)，45 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA)，52 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were measured during the sarr七time period by EUSA method．ResultsThere were significant differences in tissue factor(TF)，total—TFPl(t-TEPI)，free—TEPI(fl—TFPI)，treat一TEPI(tr—TFPI)and the ratios of these parameters between AMI，UA group and SA，healthy control group(P<0．05)．Expressions of plasma levels of TF．t一TEPI．n—TFPI and TF/tr—TⅢ．tr—TFPl／n一7I下H were significantly higher i11 ACS groups[(263．14±114．98)ng／L，(102．07±27．43)¨g／L]and[(258．73±110．12)ng／L，(96．86± 23．08)t培,／L，(59．18±19．78)p∥L，(53．16±18．10)]，刑打一rrfPI(0．61±0．23)％，(0．59± 0．24)％，n—TFPI／t—TFPI(0．58±0．17)，(0．55±O．15)between A~Ⅱ，UA group and SA，helthy control group(P<0．05)．[SA(201．41±101．36)ng／L，(87．02±17．85)“g／L，(36．44±10．21)彬L，(0．42± 0．15)％，(0．42±O．10)]；Control：(192．89±91．36)ng／L，(86．98+21．34)彬L，(31．62±11．23)tw／L， (0．35±0．14)％，(0．36±0．11)however，the tr—TfH／t一1m，tr—rITPI／Ⅱ一，I下H were significantly lower than those iIt SA and healtIl control groups(P<0．05)．In AMI tO'oup．the level oftr一ⅡH and ratio of 1r11／n一删were significantly lower than those in health control and SA groups(P
