Abstract Early evaluation of neurological outcomes in patients with coma after cardiopulmonary resuscitation is of important clinical significance. Finding valuable tools to predict neurological impairment is currently a pressing medical problem that needs to be solved in the clinical medicine field. This article will focus on clinical assessment and imaging examinations, neuroelectrophysiological monitoring, expounding the strengths and weaknesses of neurological predictors, providing clinicians with a reasonable strategy and standardized procedures.
