Prehospital care interpretation on expert consensus for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China

Abstract Stroke has the characteristics of high incidence, high recurrence rate and high disability rate. In China, about 240 million people were newly issued stroke each year, 1.1 million people die from stroke each year, the existing stroke patients for about 11 million. The current development specialist treatment of AIS technology to mature, but the rate of thrombolysis AIS is not a significant change, the majority of AIS patients missed the best of the “time window” for treatment. In this paper, we Interpret with 2018, “China emergency diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke expert consensus” part of pre-hospital care of stroke, andcombined with research advances were analyzed in a targeted manner.
